Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred

0-2 years of relevant work experience in Business Management

Work directly with industry teams on development of sector reviews, pipeline management, and revenue reconciliation

Analyze industry data and trends to provide insights to management and industry groups

Assist in preparing presentations for senior management for business reviews, offsites, and meetings

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent field.

Manage monthly reporting and provide analysis of financials and pipeline for the group

Workplace (On-site, Hybrid, Remote): Hybrid in Miami, FL.

Minimum 4 years of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience in Coral Gables and Brickell markets

Business Development experience required with proven experience in prospecting, sales, and referring to other lines of business

Experience with creating and maintaining "Know Your Customers" profiles

Experience preparing and making client presentations

Good analytical skills including legal and financial document review

Gathering and reviewing business requirements from users, and using the requirements to write functional specifications

7+ years of payment systems implementation experience for a large investment bank

Experience working with with payments systems, with Fedwire and Swift being a must

Strong technical capabilities in Microsoft Excel and SQL

Leading payment system enhancements and implementations for the Corporate Banking team

Developing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing and documenting results

Manage and produce various ad-hoc presentations and data projects as required, including regulatory requests.

Key execution and coordination role with CTM, LPM, GLA, Legal, Compliance, GRM, Finance and Tax.

Bachelor's degree with a focus in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or other quantitative fields

Minimum of 2 year of relevant work experience

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within of the organization

Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong team skills

4 year college degree or equivalent education and/or experience

Minimum of 5 years direct business banking experience and/or multi-site managerial experience

10 years banking experience and/or business development experience

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

Working and taking ownership of several key business management duties, ad hoc initiatives, and projects

Managing on-going business management tasks, including day to day operations

Working with Business Managers and Head of ICB Business Management on range of leadership forums, including ManFo, MBR and townhalls

Excellent data manipulation skills, comfortable using Excel, using that to prepare presentations and extracting relevant information from large amounts of data

Highly organised and structured, with a proven ability to manage multiple conflicting deliverables within tight timeframes

A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
