Business Manager Fleet Operations Jobs in Florida

College degree required with Supply Chain management and/or logistics/transportation experience

Five years of fleet management and routing experience highly preferred

Strong organization and project management skills

Assist in organizing and developing Krispy Kreme fleet management operations including vehicle procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal

Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Experience with vehicles at a 10K or less GVWR

3-5 years of experience in multi-site site management

Demonstrated experience with direct cost management in excess of $10 million

Manage shop safety standards and support environment compliance, training

Manage Transman shop compliance and technician productivity

Manage and oversee outside repair and maintenance vendors

Partner with field operations teams to review key fleet areas (accidents/rentals) and common business objectives Qualifications

Four (4) or more years of supervisory/management experience.

Previous government and emergency response/management.

OR Master’s Degree in above areas AND six (6) or more years of related experience.

Experience with Fleet and Facilities, development review and related functions.

Experience with Continuous Improvement activities.

Represent the Division and, when required, the Department in emergency operations.
