Daily management and execution leadership for all Task Orders being added to contract

Support weekly procurement tasks, financial management, and collaboration with 55 CONS

Assist with project coordination, workforce management, and resource allocations

Direct report to the ITCC Program Manager for internal/external business functions

Strong presentation, teamwork, and communication skills

Support existing Task Order modifications as well as added new work scope

Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Coordinate and oversee facility management tasks, including maintenance, security, shipping/receiving and inventory.

Provide financial support by assisting with budgeting and expense management

Experience working with a federal government contractor and familiarity with associated requirements

Proficiency in office management tools, software, and applications

Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office and operational efficiency

7-9 years Typical candidate will have at least 7 years professional experience with healthcare administration. Required

Strong analytical skills and ability to stay flexible with changing priorities.

Demonstrates creative thinking and the ability to develop solutions to complex issues.

Ability to interpret and analyze financial and statistical data.

Ability to effectively perform under tight deadlines.
