Working experience in Higher education and specifically at UMD strongly preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in the areas of procurement, travel and accounting.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.

Working knowledge of university software tools and/or systems such as Concur, KFS Workday as well as BA4 (Accounting Shadow System)

Proven experience in business operations, product management, or a similar role.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.

Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and initiatives to management and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Proficient in using productivity software, such as Microsoft Office Planner, Jira, Trello, project management tools, and data analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.

Minimum 8+ years of relevant job experience, preferably 2+ years of experience in program management functions.

Strong program management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.

Develops program and manages function to enable revenue growth.

Oversees and manages highly prioritized projects and key initiatives

Highly analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and presentation (verbal/written) skills; Comfortable in presenting to executive audiences.

Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Manager

Manage and mentor the fleet maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality workmanship.

Monitor and manage the fleet maintenance budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing resource allocation.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, implementing best practices to improve fleet performance and safety.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably within the waste collection industry.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and vehicle electrical systems.

Provide regular management reports to include weekly updates and PMRs

Support the ISO management process, audit preps, and audit execution

3 years of experience as a program manager, functional, or organizational leader/manager

Understanding of formal Risk management and mitigation

Manage the Marketing/Sales and Customer Service teams and processes

Manage and analyze the marketing and sales pipeline
