Own and define the vision, strategy and product roadmap for Credit Card experiences

8+ years prior experience in an engineering people management position

Collaborate closely with Product Management on features to ensure the product is delivered to SoFi customers.

4+ years of experience managing multiple teams/managers or leads

Define and execute meaningful performance and operational SLAs that capture our customer experience.

10+ years of Java (or another Object-Oriented Programming language) experience

Working knowledge of Web development
