Exceptional programming skills in Python and SQL

Establish and oversee training programs to ensure that all staff members are aware of and understand compliance requirements and responsibilities.

5+ years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, with specific experience in credit card services.

Extensive knowledge of credit card regulations and industry standards, such as the Truth in Lending Act, CARD Act, FCRA, and others.

Proven experience in taking initiative and/or building and implementing compliance programs from the ground up.

No less than two years of experience building Acquisition and/or Customer Management credit strategies

Set and optimize credit policies for new accounts and for customer management programs such as limit increases

Build and maintain NPV valuation models for management of credit programs

Hands-on experience with SQL / R/ Python (Pandas, Scikitlearn etc.)

Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks

Experience in managing credit programs that leverage machine learning models

Minimum 5 years experience required

Skills required - AWS / Azure / PowerBI / Tableau
