BS or MS in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Science or similar quantitative analytical field

Design and oversee analytics to track vintage-level performance of granular microsegment level account Valuations

Monitor test and learn strategy results for Valuation assumption impacts when Challenger strategies replace Champion core roll-out strategies

5+ years of experience in credit card operations, project management, or related field.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and timelines.

Experience with budget management and unit cost economics

Knowledge of workforce management and capacity planning

Excellent time and project management skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong knowledge of credit card processing systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
