Boss Shop Assistant Manager Jobs

Assisting store manager in all aspects of the store management process

Manage and facilitate daily shop operations including opening and closing on time on manager’s days off

Provide a customer experience above industry standard and maintain high review ratings

Assist store manager with monitoring and tracking in shop performance goals

Monitoring and training new employees

Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations

Prior supervisory experience required or referral of management in lieu of experience.

Identifies and prevents possible warranty situations through consultation of Senior Management and documentation on repair orders.

Assists with inventory and other front office duties when directed by management.

Evaluates and documents any return job problems and be able to remedy the problem and communicate this to upper management.

Directly supervises 3 or more employees in the absence of management.

Orders all parts and supplies as directed by the Manager.

Reports all unresolved customer complaints to Manager.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Must be able to maintain working knowledge of parts inventory.

Fill in as manager at locations when vacations occur or loss of manager. Also when extremely short handed at locations.

Fluent with POS system along with some knowledge of computers, printer and their operation.

Evaluate locations Profit and Loss statements and address any problems with the Shop Manager as they arise.

Directly supervise 5 or more Service Center Managers.

Must have a working knowledge of the shop industry.

Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed)
