Serve as a subject matter expert in answering any questions related to our booking and guest experiences.

Act as the first line of support in triaging any issues that occur in our booking or guest experiences.

2+ years of customer sales and service experience, preferably in a travel environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Experience working with OTA's such as Expedia, Booking.com and Airbnb a plus

Previous startup experience a plus

Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive problem-solving skills to address any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the booking process.

Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with artists, management, and marketing teams to align booking strategies with overall organizational objectives.

Logistics Coordination: Managing the logistical aspects of bookings, such as scheduling, travel arrangements, accommodations, technical requirements, and any other necessary arrangements.

Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the house music industry, including venues, event organizers, promoters, and current trends in the market.

As a Music Booking Agent, your primary responsibilities include:

Establishing Connections: Building and nurturing relationships with venues, event organizers, and promoters to secure performance opportunities for our talent.

Training & Support provided online

Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision

Proficient or at least enthusiastic about using Social Media

GDS experience is needed, Amadeus preferable

Must have high touch customer service experience

As a House Music Booking Agent, your primary responsibilities include:

Establishing Connections: Building and nurturing relationships with venues, event organizers, and promoters to secure performance opportunities for our talent.

Have the ability to travel and enjoy FAM (familiarization) trips to experience new places and expand your travel knowledge

Communication and some customer service skills preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Earn your CLIA and IATAN certification

Assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including but not limited to flights, hotels, car rentals, and tours

Research and provide recommendations for travel destinations, accommodations and activities

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to speak concisely to clients and Care Team members

Experience working in healthcare or a related field is preferred

Act as a liaison between patients, clinical operations and healthcare providers

Establishes close relationships with and serves as primary point of contact for clients

Ability to build relationships with different types of people, including clients, organization members, and health care providers
