The Benefits Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee benefits. Detailed Job Description The Benefits Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs. This includes overseeing the administration of employee benefits, such as health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. The Benefits Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee benefits. The Benefits Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing the budget for employee benefits, and for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
