What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities include leading and managing the Manufacturing Operations team, developing and implementing policies and processes, and ensuring that quality assurance requirements are met. You will also be responsible for driving efficiency and ensuring that the team is meeting goals and deadlines.
What You Need for this Position
At least 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance and Plant Management. An understanding of ISO 9001 and AS9100 certifications is also required. Skills and knowledge necessary for this role include strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Manufacturing environment experience of aerospace interconnection assemblies, high-technology products and/or electrical/electronic manufacturing along with lean knowledge in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
