Understands and implements SESI's philosophy, policy and procedures relating to conduct, discipline, educational and attendance outcomes for students and staff.

Demonstrates an understanding of current curriculum and instructional approaches for students with disabilities and behavioral issues.

Performs other duties as assigned and to be determined based upon SESI needs and business requirements.

Thorough knowledge and competent implementation of all youths’ educational programs and behavior management guidelines in 1:1 or small group format.

Assists with the development, implementation, and/or monitoring educational curricula, including, but not limited to, completing core skills and other educational assessments.

Collaborate with school staff to ensure that skills generalize to other people, different environments and to relevant activities.

Record/document and compile all required behavioral and skill-acquisition data accurately and in a timely fashion using mobile data collection devices.

Maintains American Heart Association certification in First Aid and CPR.

Implement behavior analytic teaching procedures in the residence and community including:

Demonstrates knowledge of laws related to restraint and seclusion and supports procedures and policies in alignment with such laws.

Demonstrates the ability to manage time, work independently, and be self-motivated.

Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, flexibility, organizational skills, patience, creativity, and the ability to facilitate change.

Develop, Implement, and Align an Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) structure for district-wide roll-out and implementation.

Educate all staff (support, professional, teachers, and administrators) on Interconnected Systems Framework.

Provide training to whole school staff, teams, and department.
