We’re Looking for Managers that have the following:

Strong coach – gives effective feedback, grows the team every day

● Acute financial management skills

● Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role

● Knowledge of Food Safety, liquor requirements and quality standards

● Familiarity with restaurant management software, like HotSchedules, Point of Sale and accounting software.

● BS degree in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.

● Supervise and evaluate department managers

Preferred experience with a minimum of two years of higher education experience working at a branded apparel store.

Experience with budget development and data entry related to POS (Unify) and data analysis to create reports for administrative review.

Oversees store operations, delegate responsibilities to student staff.

Works with the Manager in preparing and manage the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and high efficiency.

Engages with customers and address any customer concerns to ensure the best shopping experience.

Keeps the Manager abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
