Basic Emergency Medical Technician Jobs in Arizona

Here Are Some Qualification Requirements

Participates in emergency medical services training programs, community service/public safety education events and other related programs.

Basic Certification or National Registry EMT in good standing at the time of application

Possess a current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Professional Provider certification from American Heart Association or American Safety and Health Institute

No experience in this area

Administers emergency medical care utilizing accepted guidelines of basic life support procedures in treating the sick and injured.

Possession of a current Arizona Emergency Medical Technician Certification at the time of application

Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona Driver License

39 Month Motor Vehicle Department Records Check

Testing for this position is tentatively scheduled for

Oral Boards for this position are tentatively scheduled for

July 25, 2023 - August 1, 2023

Experience in skilled care, acute care, primary care physician practice, prehospital, or hospital emergency medical care

Experience in a correctional or detention setting

An additional $1.25 per hour for hours worked between 3:00pm - 11:00pm

An additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 11:00pm - 7:00am
