Work Experience & Education Requirements

Work with managers to ensure proper par levels of all bar items are maintained

Minimum of one year of restaurant experience

Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages a plus

Must be well versed in food safety - including proper techniques for handling food and personal hygiene requirements

We Are Looking For Beginner to Little Experience Bartenders!

Starting at $17.00 / hour- experience considered

Serve Safe Certification, a plus

PTO 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of sick (roll-over)

Presoak and scrub all silverware

Pre-rinse all dishes & pots with sprayer

Load silverware, dishes, and pots into dishwashing machine and run machine

Unload machine and inspect dishes for remaining food particles, rewashing as necessary

Previous restaurant experience required; 2 years in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred

Food handlers certification preferred upon hire; required within 30 days of hire

Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail

Experience using Microsoft Office suite, or similar

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Knowledge of the menu and beer, with the ability to make insightful suggestions.

Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced restaurant.

Safety perform safety audits, safety training and other duties required by the Safety Manager.

Problem Solving - the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.

Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card

Must have knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with standard drink recipes and bar terminology

2 years experience in high volume bartending environment or another stadium/arena

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential

Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent

At least six months previous cooking experience in a full service, restaurant, tavern or bar environment

Previous experience working all stations of a line

Experience providing high-touch guest service expected in fun, high-energy environment

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm in a very high-paced, busy environment

Previous experience exercising sound judgment when dealing with difficult situations

Proven experience providing high level of guest service
