Assistant Pub Floor Manager, Deschutes Brewery

Deschutes Brewery is hiring for a Full Time Hourly Assistant Pub Floor Manager to join our Bend Pub team! This position's primary role will be as Assistant Pub Floor Manager, however this position may also be scheduled in other Front of House (FOH) roles based on business need to lead and support our awesome front of house crew!

As an Assistant Pub Floor Manager you will oversee all aspects of the front of house team, which includes our team of hosts, servers and bartenders. This role is responsible for leading our team to deliver extraordinary experiences to every guest, and create raving fans for life. Starting pay for hours worked as an Assistant Pub Floor Manager is $23.00 per hour.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Exceptional customer service and guest-first focus
• Previous restaurant experience required; 2 years in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
• OLCC License preferred upon hire; required within 30 days of hire
• Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and proven ability to work independently
• Food handlers certification preferred upon hire; required within 30 days of hire
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite, or similar
• The ability to model teamwork, collaboration, and open communication

• Responsible for accurate control inventories
• Maintaining a clean and safe Front of House environment
• Hands-on floor management
• Adherence to established company policies
• Leadership, mentoring, and training of fellow co-owners
• Ability to multi-task and work in high volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Ensure high quality service and product delivery
