Job Duties:

● Clean food service areas.
● Manage food service operations or parts of operations.
● Clean tableware.
● Enforce rules or regulations.
● Create drink recipes.
● Serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
● Order or requisition liquors and supplies.
● Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
● Serve wine, and bottled or draft beer.
● Collect money for drinks served.

Requirements:

● High School diploma Preferred
● 3 months to 1 year of Related Experience
