Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is Bend's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right person who has a passion for hospitality to join our team as Pub Supervisor
As the Pub Supervisor, you will have the chance each day to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest has an exceptional experience, every time. You will have the opportunity to ensure all guests experience in our Bistro meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard.
This role will work closely with the back of the house and dining team to ensure that all of our resident’s needs and preferences are being met. The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will

• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Be willing to work occasional weekends, holidays, and special events
• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Have inventory and ordering experience
• Have at least one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting, experience in senior living is a plus
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
