Working knowledge of data ingestion ETL/ELT tool (Informatica).

Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, EMR).

Retail experience is a plus.

Demonstrated SQL skills with experience in developing stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, or advanced logical methods.

Willingness to plan, design, document, develop, test, troubleshoot and manage Data Warehouse & Data Lake solutions

Preference to having some experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies

Experience with in Microsoft SQL Server

Experience with MSFT SQL Server components, i.e., Integration, Analysis Services

Experience with Power BI or equivalent visualization technology

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

AWS - Redshift or Athena (must have Lambda and S3 knowledge)

Looking more data engineering skills (rather than data modeling)

Collaborate with others on requirements specifications and documentation

3+ years hands-on experience developing with TSQL, pgSQL, SSIS, SSAS (Tabular model), PowerBI and C# or Python

Knowledge of modern development methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

5+ years of experience in the Power BI development space.

Real-time experience working in Power BI that includes Model Creation, DAX (including Advanced), RLS Implementation, Performance Tuning, and Security.

Work on translating business needs to technical specifications.

Discuss the design of the BI solutions that can be built & deployed to solve the complex problem.

Leverage Power BI to maintain & support data analytics platforms.

Involve yourself in unit testing and troubleshooting.

In-depth knowledge of data architecture principles, data modeling, data integration, data storage concepts and data governance and data management practices.

Participate in validation, data quality management, and governance reviews

Strong data modeling abilities, including understanding of ODS and EDW design and implementation

Experience using Microsoft DevOps for tracking and deployment

Evolve data models to meet new and changing business requirements and growth

Ability to specify and document data warehouse and data mart requirements

Provide administration support (access management, license management, environment provisioning, capacity management, etc.) for Power BI.

Maintain Dataverse and management of Connectors.

Demonstrate understanding of Power BI and Microsoft 365 user license management.

Experience setting up autoscaling to manage capacities

Strong foundational knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure AD with experience in Azure Cloud Administration.

Experience with Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting abilities, and SQL.

Experience creating queries and reports. (must have)

Junior and Intermediate Level BI Engineers

Must have AWS, Snowflake, SQL, MFP and GIT

Degree in computer science or programming needed.

Support best practice dashboard design, visualizations, user management and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership responsibilities, and effectively use communication tools to work with teams spread across Countries/Regions

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or similar degree or experience required

Replicate/enhance existing dashboards in Looker based on existing legacy dashboards and new user requirements

Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and fix defects

Experience in Looker Administration (3+ years)

Full project management and development life cycle experience

Minimum 3+ years of combined experience in data warehousing/business intelligence/analytics and reporting systems.

Strong knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity and Derivative businesses

Strong ability to analyze user requirements, make recommendations and implement solutions
