Auto Body Shop Estimator Experience is REQUIRED

Good computer, communication, and customer service skills

Explain the estimate to the customer, obtain approval and submit to the insurance company

Order parts according to approved estimates and work tickets scheduled

Resolve customer concerns in a friendly and courteous manner

Must be detailed and efficient in writing a complete estimate and completing supplements when needed

7+ years working experience in Manufacturing environment (Automotive preferred)

Must have 5 years of experience in a body shop operation

Maintain/manage DRP accounts; communicate changes/status updates to Region Leadership

Minimum three (3) years’ experience in an auto body repair facility

Minimum two (2) years’ experience leading and developing a team

Advanced knowledge of auto body repair techniques and auto repair life cycle

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Strong analytical skills; able to prioritize and multi-task

Body Shop management experience (preferred); automobile or heavy-duty truck (preferred)

Working knowledge of body repair methods; vehicle body repair experience (preferred)

Minimum of 3 years in body, collision, and estimating experience (or service administration experience)

Servant leader, with great communication, prioritization, sales, and conflict-resolution skills (required)

Attracts, trains, develops, and lead the Body Shop Team

Leads and schedules work assignments, provides technical assistance to team

2+ years of experience in a similar management/leadership role; automotive industry experience a plus

Coach, manage and develop on-site team members

Manage and maintain the operating budget for designated collision center

Participate in monthly leadership and manager meetings.

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills

Experience managing a budget or monthly sales a plus

Minimum of 5 years of experience in collision repair, with at least 2 years in a management role

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of auto insurance processes and procedures

Pay - $55k - $70k annually
