Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

Provide outstanding showroom experience; engaging customers, providing inspirational design, and assisting with general inquiries via emails, phone and in person.

2 years of related industry experience preferred.

Industry retail sales experience is required.

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.

Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry or selling construction-related products.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with contractors.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.

- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Identify and prospect potential customers within the construction industry, including contractors, builders, and construction companies.

- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and generate leads.

Perform product knowledge (PK) training sessions with customers.

Manage territory pricing based on competitive situations.

Manage customer accounts receivable balance and deductions.

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Prior sales experience calling on roofing contractors, builders and/or architects, and professional sales training preferred.

• Familiarity with auction clerking processes and event management is a plus.

6.Inventory Management: Manage inventory by accurately tracking incoming and outgoing items, maintaining records, and updating inventory systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in auction administration or a similar role is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Attend and participate in Bloedorn-sponsored training, when offered.

Partner with internal business organizations (Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, Product Management, IT, and Finance, etc.) to implement recommendations

Audit the existing tech stack and integrations with Salesforce CRM and provide recommendations to Sales management on improvements

Train Salesforce users to help expand knowledge and adoption of Salesforce’s capabilities

Partner with Sales Managers and Marketing to refine the lead qualification process

2-4 years of Sales Operations and/or Revenue Operations experience

Experience with supporting sales and marketing teams

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

Attends classroom and online training sessions to enhance skills and build knowledge

Efficiently captures & communicates customer requirements

Develops and maintains knowledge of commonly sold products, customers, administrative and production processes

Good communication skills are a must

Candidate must be able to independently manage their time and tasks
