Responsibilities:
  • Additional duties may include preparation of monthly oversight reports, review of processes of branch handling to improve claim outcomes, client liaising in support of Account Management, coding, reserving, and specialized projects.
  • Participation and/or attendance in partnership meetings, client and broker meetings may be required in addition to individual support for branches and Resolution Managers.
  • Primarily focused on ensuring compliance of field offices with assigned client base service instructions and related service agreements.
  • Responsibilities include; trend analysis, delivering training, and conducting both internal and external audits.
  • Tasked with creating customized client audits, monitoring performance metrics, providing technical training, and assisting branches in meeting client expectations, along with development of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with client, broker, and carrier expectations.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • 5 years relevant claims handling experience in addition to proficiency in MS Office applications, and related claims and business software.
Preferred:
  • Previous auditing experience in addition to extensive liability claims background and strong process management skills.
Behaviors:

  • Ability to interpret customer needs, handle to conclusion and work independently to prioritize.
