Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of development experience with a strong background in producing and fundraising for special events

Demonstrable experience of all aspects of event management including experience of delivering large scale events (+100 attendees) both in-person and virtual.

Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience

Leading on internal stakeholder management across the business (including at Executive Board level) and owning day-to-day relationships with established external suppliers.

Experience of planning and monitoring events budgets ensuring value for money and strong return on investment (financial and non-financial returns).

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Maintain student athlete records to for eligibility certification.

Provide academic data for NCAA and Sunshine State Conference reporting requirements as needed, such as the GSR and ASR reports.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Working knowledge and proficiency of MS Office.

Perceptive Content/Jenzabar/Workday/NCAA Apps experience a plus.

Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Consensus-building skills for working with other departments and lay leaders

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to various audiences

3+ years of fundraising or other event or trip production experience
