As an eCommerce Program Manager, you'll provide strategic guidance to project teams as you organize and coordinate one or more programs, manage vendor relationships, and oversee operations progress, ensuring delivery of successful program outcomes.

We Are Looking For

• Related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• Proven experience managing a staff made up of different disciplines
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills

What is the work?

Leadership / Management

• Assesses program performance; strives to maximize ROI
• Formulates, organizes, monitors inter-connected projects; coordinates cross-project activities to leverage work streams
• Resolves projects' higher scope issues
• Assumes responsibility for each program - s people and vendors
• Establishes / ensures standardized PM reporting; prepares reports for program directors
• Decides on suitable strategies, objectives; creates / maintains processes and standards
• Applies change, risk, and resource management at the program level
• Leads / evaluates Project Managers (PMs) and other staff
• Develops and controls program deadlines, budgets, and activities

What is your background?

• 5+ years leading agile teams in various capacities
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Experience working in eCommerce / mCommerce
• Experience as a business analyst (preferred)
• A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
• 5-7 years of experience as a Program Manager, or managing 10-15 medium to complex projects
• ScrumMaster certification preferred
• Experience managing vendor relationships

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities and shift focus between projects
