Associate Director Of Operations And Training

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for an Assoicate Director of Operations and Training. This dynamic leader is responsible for leading and ensuring that the family-owned Culver's restaurants are operated as top performing training restaurants. This person thinks and acts as a multi-unit restaurant owners with a consistent focus on building excitement around the Culver's brand, developing team members, and representing the Culver's core values and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Supports family restaurants in the development of a high performing, engaged team who "Bleeds Blue" and delivers Culver’s Mission and Core Values
• Develop and support restaurant leaders to sustain high performing, team-oriented restaurants
• Key supporter of the execution of industry-leading foundational training programs for new and existing franchisees
• Ensure restaurants are operating in an exemplary manner and reflect favorably on the Culver's brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience developing teams and people through applied coaching and mentoring, along with direct and in-direct supervisory responsibilities
• Strategic and innovative business leadership involvement
• 5-8 years experience in multi-unit restaurant oversight or leadership; or equivalent combination of education and work experience

This position is a remote/home-based position and requires 80% travel or more within a 70-mile radius of our Support Center in Prairie du Sac.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
