5+ years of experience in a business or operational leadership role

Experience collecting data and deriving insights from cross functional resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of the bay area philanthropic and SFF grantee landscape

Attends weekly staff meetings and reports highlights and potential action steps to the CEO.

You have 5 years of project and change management experience

You have 8 years of progressive experience in a strategic leadership role

You have experience bringing projects from initial conception through completion

You are able to manage multiple projects at once with a high level of attention to detail

You have a background in higher education, non-profit or similar organizations

You'll know the Director of Education Initiatives

Manage technology-based systems that enhance our analytical capabilities to bring evidence and data to internal communication efforts

Co-manage College Board Cares program which empowers colleagues to support and serve the causes they are passionate about

Experience working with data, data visualization and analytical systems, such as Tableau, Alchemer, or Adobe

5-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or corporate development/strategy in high growth environment

Proven ability to earn trust and deliver results working directly with internal/external senior leaders. Ability to manage internal cross-functional stakeholders

Experience in transactional due diligence, esp. private markets

Bring structure and strategic thinking to complex problems, communicating concisely in writing/presentations and building financial models to value opportunities

Support transactions (e.g. fundraising, opportunistic) through close in areas such as presentations, data room ownership, and investor meetings

Work with Corporate Initiatives Lead on special projects at discretion of CEO

Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, planning, and fiscal management

International exposure and experience; global education experience preferred

Explore and develop ideas for further globalizing UVA’s on-Grounds undergraduate academic experience.

Demonstrated experience launching successful new programs; proven ability to proactively lead new initiatives

Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to serve as deputy to the Vice Provost for Global Affairs; strong interpersonal skills

Identify, build and manage collaborative partnerships with groups engaging HNWI and their philanthropic decision-making.

Three to five years of experience in direct supervision of team members.

Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and to process.

Excellent communication skills – both written and oral, including public speaking.

Outstanding people skills – empathetic and humble, as well as persuasive and confident.

Demonstrated management and administrative abilities

Manage the complex daily operations of the school programs department.

Manage all resources including budgets and allocations, supplies, and spaces.

Bachelors degree in areas such as the Arts, Education, or Humanities. Masters degree preferred.

5 or more years of progressively responsible and relevant experience working in museums, schools, cultural organizations, or other relevant settings.

Experience with curriculum development, program development, evaluation, and audience research.
