Strong knowledge of supervisory and other management skills.

Supervise all food and beverage areas to ensure compliance with hotel management objectives and health and safety of employees and guests.

Full-Time Management position that requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays. A varied schedule.

Manager food handler certification, and alcohol awareness certification from Florida or attain within 30 days of hire.

Directly supervises Director of Catering / Conference Services, Executive Chef, Members Club Manager, Executive Steward, all Outlets

Ability to deal effectively with all departments, regular communication between Food & Beverage Director and F & B Managers.

Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills

Works with department managers to establish staffing requirements for all departments within the Food and Beverage Division

Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines all food and beverage management personnel according to Loews standards

Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management and fellow employees

Bachelors degree or higher in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management

Enforces all policies and procedures developed by the respective managers for the operation of the food and beverage outlets

Order supplies and equipment along with other office management duties

Prior experience supporting at the Sr. Manager level

3 years minimum experience in an administrative role and/or equivalent experience

Generally tech savvy and willing to learn new skills

Effective communication skills, including diplomatic and professional handling of telephone and email communications

Manage the day to day operations, ensuring quality service standards are met and the guest experience is exceptional

Direct all management and team members to maintain a professional work environment

Minimum 3-4 years of senior F&B managerial experience within a high volume multi outlet setting

Work with the individual outlet managers to assure food and beverage quality, good service and cleanliness.

Participate in required meetings to include: Executive, Departmental, Staff, Manager, and any other meetings.

Pre-Opening Hotel / Restaurant experience preferred

Create and execute an exciting beach bar entertainment program and effectively manage the events from start to finish.

Ability and knowledge of food trailer operations and efficiencies.

You have prior experience in a high volume beach bar and restaurant, and/ or bar brand with live entertainment

You possess strong interpersonal relations and leadership abilities

Strong leadership and management skills

Prior management experience in both BOH and FOH

Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage Service in a luxury environment; 5 years minimum

Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation requirements of the Department of Health

Excellent communication and organization skills;

Attention to detail and problem solving skills;

Mentors department managers to develop their skills and leadership abilities

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Uses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team members

Conducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team members

Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred

Previous leadership experience in Hospitality or Retail
