- Support, analyze, and enhance Supply Chain systems in partnership with internal and external customers

Effective presentation skills and experience in presenting to senior management

Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

5+ years of financial services experience

Analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products to conduct problem management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Conducts root cause analysis, diagnostics, and investigation to support problem management. Monitors tools, systems, and data to maintain maximum performance levels.

No management responsibility initially but potential in the future as team expands

Trains on new technologies and tools that are related to job duties.

Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (i.e., CFR 210/211, cGMP).

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of global R&D Lab systems along with data analytics variety of standalone lab systems.

Identifies the impact of any relevant statutory, internal or external regulations on the organization's use of information.
