Job Description
The Associate BSA will be part of the Business Technology Solutions, Research and Development technology group, known as Information Research (RDIR).
This Associate BSA will join our Emerging Endeavors function, which focuses on providing consultative solutions to emerging processes and technology delivery challenges. We advance RDIR’s investment in human capital and culture, as well as lead our academic partnerships and university-partnered innovation center. We provide Merger and Acquisition leadership and enable R&D application integration and data migration process guidelines.
The Associate BSA will work on a variety of project engagements and technologies to gain a breadth of experience in this role. Our team incubates our Associate BSA team members and prepares them for their role through a variety of self-paced, classroom-style training, and on the job experience for soft and hard skills required in the role.
Responsibilities:
  • Learns Software Life Cycle and Delivery Methods as part of their role
  • Prepares, develops and conducts clients and systems training.
  • Independently conceives and develops general approaches to the solution of systems problems which require application of basic technical principles. Exercises latitude in approach to problem and solution.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Writes requirements and agile user stories
  • Investigates alternatives, which use existing applications.
  • Assists in determining data and systems requirements and the development of system specifications.
  • Completes project tasks within time and budget constraints.
  • Develops test plans and conducts the necessary tests to confirm design requirements.
  • Performs work using existing standards, methodologies, processes and understands other systems/business processes relationship to each other.
Qualifications:
  • Exercises latitude in approach to problem solving and solution designs.
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 0 - 2 years of experience post-graduation
