Sound budgeting skills to manage technical budget for assigned vessels

Manage hotel technical operations budget

8 years of experience in related field

Solid knowledge of Hotel technical and mechanical repairs

Organizational skills to coordinate multiple ship activities simultaneously

Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.

We are currently seeking seasoned Live-In Superintendent/Resident Managers for a condominium in New York, NY:

Responsible for delegating repairs and maintenance in common areas and building exteriors

Maintain inspection logs for standpipe/sprinkler and all federal, state and city regulations

Ability to read and understand construction plans/drawings

Carry out and oversee preventative maintenance programs throughout building.

Supervise large staff daily on work orders, building maintenance, etc.

$14.75 to start (increased upon obtaining license)

Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore
