Overview Assistant Maintenance is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. They may also be responsible for assisting with the installation of new equipment and systems. Detailed Job Description Assistant Maintenance is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and grounds. This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to emergency situations. They may also be responsible for assisting with the installation of new equipment and systems. Job Skills Required
