What will you do as a Maintenance Assistant

• Conduct daily tour of facility to check maintenance request books on each nurses' station and in kitchen, and perform needed repairs as well as safety surveillance to monitor potentially unsafe work areas, equipment and practices.
• Responsible for the general upkeep of all common areas and resident rooms.
• In addition to interior maintenance, you'll be required to perform exterior seasonal lawn and grounds maintenance.
• Interior maintenance duties include: painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and repair work.

What you need as a Maintenance Assistant

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Clear Driving record to be added on company insurance
