Evans Distribution Systems, Detroit’s leading third-party logistics provider, is looking for Yard Maintenance Assistant. This role is a great first step to building an exciting career in warehousing operations and supply chain.

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, paths in winter.
• Operate backpack blower and gather leaves, hedge trimming and debris for removal.
• Use a lawn mower, sod cutters, and other tools to trim grass and edge lawn areas.
• Use pruners and trimmers to remove shrub and tree overgrowth.
• Follow all safety rules & regulations – wear PPE.

• Minimum two years’ work experience.

Details & Location

• Starting wage: $15.00/hour
• 7am start - Monday thru Friday flexible to work overtime
• Position located at the headquarters office at 18765 Seaway Drive, Melvindale, MI 48122
