The Assistant Food Service Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing menus, ordering food and supplies, and managing the budget. The Assistant Food Service Director will also be responsible for ensuring that all food service staff are properly trained in food safety and sanitation, and that all food service operations are in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
