Assistant Director Talent Acquisition Jobs in Kansas

Manage the On-Campus Interviewing (OCI) program, including selecting target schools, coordinating interview schedules, evaluating candidates, and conducting follow-up communications.

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews, due diligence, and extending employment offers.

Collaborate with other HR functions, hiring managers, and leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with the firm's overall goals and objectives.

7+years of experience in HR with a specialty in recruiting and talent acquisition

3+ years of Leadership experience

Oversee the onboarding process for newly hired associates, ensuring a smooth integration into the company's culture, processes, and expectations.

Demonstrated project/program management experience is necessary. Must possess experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously

Maintain clear, timely, and inspirational communication with candidates pre and post interview day that leads to eventual acceptance of offer

Adhere to the policies, standards, and school-wide responsibilities described in the “Personnel Policies Handbook”

Minimum of 5+ years of work experience and 3+ years of relevant talent experience required

Prior experience working in schools, urban communities, non-profit, military, private sector, and/or a fast paced entrepreneurial environment is preferred

Must exhibit good business acumen and the ability to conduct interviews and evaluate technical capabilities of candidate
