Assistant Director Talent Acquisition Jobs in California

At least 5-10 years talent acquisition management experience required; 3 years at Director or above level

Reports and manages weekly, quarterly, and regular recruiting, sourcing, retention and other key TA metrics and indicators

High volume fast paced recruiting experience required

Call Center recruiting experience a plus

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new TA staff

Oversees the daily workflow of talent acquisition nationwide

MUST HAVE 5 - 10 years talent acquisition management experience required.

Knowledge of and ability to apply management principles and techniques.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to influence professionals of senior and executive management level.

Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.

MUST HAVE Nationwide recruiting experience

10+ years of experience in recruiting with at least six years of experience in a people management role.

You build proactive prospect pipelines based on commonality of roles and skills by function and location, in partnership with business leaders.

You have experience with current trends that lead to building pipelines of relevant target candidates regardless of the role.

Must bring global experience in business/talent acquisition supporting engineering organizations.

Continuous improvement experience & familiarity with Lean/Agile/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Strong analytical and data visualization skills to set and communicate strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs) and results.
