Assistant Director Regional Operations Jobs in Iowa

Minimum 5 years management experience in a healthcare setting

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Management or related field

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and excellence while implementing IVX policies and procedures to enhance the IVX patient experience

Ensure patient census growth through strategizing and collaborating with Business Development Managers

Experience working directly with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff members

Oversee day-to-day operations of the region centers, including being an on-call and escalation resource as needed.

Specific skillset and hands on experience with Process Safety Management in high-hazard processes and low-hazard operations is preferred.

Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of leaders with various levels of management experience
