Assistant Coach Mens And Womens Soccer Jobs

Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-5 years experience with a men’s or women’s soccer team.

Assist Head Soccer Coach with recruiting, scouting, academic monitoring of student athletes.

Responsible for organization and operation of the university’s athletic equipment room.

As an individual employed in a coach capacity, you are subject to the regulations of the NCAA.

Assist the Head Men’s Soccer Coach as the goalkeeping coach for the program.

Be knowledgeable with all styles to continuously scrub through product

Driving capabilities, a plus for samples, inspiration, various projects that require all hand on deck

Check in w/ Design Operations Manager for any support needed

0-2 years of industry experience in fashion design

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word

Knowledge in performance fabrication, trims

1-3 years of experience as a coach preferred, preferably at the college level.

Works within the recruiting plan for the men’s ice hockey program as assigned by the Head Coach.

Develops a work schedule, as well as expectations with the Head Coach and Athletic Director.

All other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics or Head Coach.

A background of success as either a participant or coach in the sport.

Evening and some weekend hours are required.

Experience recruiting academically skilled students and talented athletes.

Manages team and game events, daily team operations, game preparations for video editing, and pre and post-game scouting.

Proactively communicates with high school and club coaches, and prospective student-athletes on the benefits of UIW Women’s Soccer.

Develops team technical skill yearly growth plans.

Experience with databases such as ARMS/ACS/Frostrush.

Experience with video editing software such as Hudl/Instate/I-movie.

Knowledge of CCCAA Constitution and Bylaws and NCAA transfer requirements

Experience and skill with addressing inequity in the classroom and on campus

Computer skills, including word processing, electronic mail, spreadsheet, and database applications

Demonstrable knowledge of current literature on intercollegiate or interscholastic track and field and cross-country

Demonstrated skills in writing reports and program information brochures; computer skills that include word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications

Experience and expertise in culturally-responsive teaching in kinesiology

Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of fabric types, dye and print methods, trim materials.

Knowledge of multiple product categories encouraged, from cut & sew knits, wovens, sweaters, bottoms, and outerwear.

Daily email communication with overseas fabric mills, factories and offices.

Review lab dips, communicate comments clearly to overseas vendors, keep lab dip records organized.

Flat sketch Men’s & Women’s sportswear/activewear styles in Adobe Illustrator (cut & sew knits, wovens, outerwear, sweaters).
