Job Description

Our client, a women's contemporary brand, is seeking an Assistant/Associate Designer to join their team in NYC!


Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with mills and factories overseas
  • Organize and keep track of fabrics
  • Create detailed tech packs
  • Fulfill technical flats and CAD needs
  • Provide comments on fabric samples
  • Attend all fittings


Qualifications:

  • 1-2+ years of design experience in women’s apparel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Apparel Design
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
