Carpentry skills and proficiency with power tools is a plus.

Location and professional assisting experience preferred.

Assist Photographers and Stylists on set with all aspects of creating impactful imagery.

Assist with overall setup and breakdown of daily sets.

Current and valid Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification

Must comply with health screening requirements by undergoing a tuberculosis skin test.

Current active status on OBRA (Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act)

Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), On-Call

Some of what you will be doing:

Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

Maintain, organize and review calendar entries for all managers. Resolve or escalate calendar conflicts as needed

Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented

Anticipate full range of needs for client visits and coordinate internally as appropriate

Provide phone coverage for members of the team as needed

Answer, screen and route high volume of time sensitive phone calls; communicate accurate and detailed messages

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management (Preferred: nonprofit/service experience).

Strong organizational, schedule management, project management, and problem-solving skills, and an ability to multi-task.

Assists with day-to-day HR responsibilities like organizing time-off requests, checking timesheets, and organizing paperwork for new hires.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with organization-specific programs.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Acts as the administrative point of contact between Executive Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Must be willing to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

Working knowledge of Health Plan coverage types, for example (but not limited to) traditional, deductible, etc.

Determine patients membership/benefits according to the benefit display

Demonstrate knowledge of and application to Patient Administration Appointment Registration (PARRS).

Basic knowledge and use of computer and computer keyboard

Passing of a PC skills assessment

Or an equivalent combination of job-related education and experience [substituting each 1 year of post-secondary education/training for 6 months of experience].

May assist with bookkeeping responsibilities, including handling cash, billing, requisitions, and purchase orders.

May assist with tracking program budgets and expenditures, payroll and time tracking responsibilities, training, evaluating, and/or supervising part-time clerical support staff.

2 Years of clerical experience.

Experience using specific computers or software packages may be required.

Enter and retrieve data from specialized software programs for assigned area.

Maintain current knowledge of products and promotions to effectively assist customers.

Manage and maintain stock in store.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated in a clear, concise, accurate, timely and professional manner.

At least 1 year Retail Sales experience

Engage customers with excellent customer service to make them feel welcome and comfortable in store.

Contribute to sales and inventory goal attainment through promotion of products and excellent customer service.
