Follow process guidelines and expedite quality concerns to management

Experience with food safety (e.g., AIB certification, operations prerequisite programs, UP lights, etc.)

Ensure consistent and complete review of source data by completing a Study Information Document indicating all study specific QC review requirements

Prepare and manage study materials including but not limited to Source Data Storage Binder /Files

Previous QC or related experience preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

Experience working in an environment with complex processes and defined criteria

Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and hands-on experience in controlled environments; understanding of GMP procedures

Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years related experience preferred, or Master’s Degree with 1+ years related experience.

Demonstrated experience working in cell culture laboratory 2-5 years.

Demonstrated technical knowledge of aseptic processing in controlled environments

Knowledge or work with TF-1 cells, 3T3 cells, CTLL-2 cells, MCP-11 cells, MO7e cells, etc.)

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Knowledge of ASTM standards for manufactured concrete products

Experience with Microsoft Office software

Inspect the quality of products according to standards, and remove junk from production line

One or more years of industry or classroom experience in food production, quality assurance, and/or food safety

Strong written, verbal, problem solving and critical thinking skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Calibrating and using sampling, weighing, product composition and temperature monitoring equipment to provide assurances of accuracy and consistency

Verifying routinely that production processes, facility and equipment are functioning as intended

Ensuring that only quality and wholesome products are available to be prepared and served to customers

Good verbal and oral communication skills

Be able to climb stairs/ladders and work at elevations as well as perform physical requirements

Ensure quality control of fuel and the integrity of fuel hydrant system in accordance with ATA 103 criteria

Perform periodic and scheduled inspections in accordance to ATA 103 and NFPA standards

Perform inspections and maintaining quality control on all aircraft refueling equipment to Company standards.

Sumping fuel, removing samples of fuel and logging the findings. Properly dispose of the test samples and sump samples.

Manage quality records and retains production batches.

Inspection, test, and product evaluation experience

General knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Verify formula and component specifications on batch tickets.

Test samples of manufactured products to verify conformity to specifications.

Basic math skills and knowledge of statistics

Assist Operations, Area, and Plant Managers as required.

Conduct quality control tasks including inspecting and sampling raw materials, in-process batches, finished products, general merchandise, product returns, documentation, and components

Sample, test, and report findings related to environmental monitoring

Operate Near Infrared Spectrophotometer (NIR) to identify raw materials as required per assigned function

Create quality control documentation including but not limited to inspection worksheets, Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Compliance, and reports

Report results to Production management for quality improvement.

Learn to complete all necessary documentation/record keeping requirements for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and NESL.

Coordinate any issues or specifications with supervisors or managers.

Collect, record, and process any material certifications required for products.

At the end of 18 months the applicant must have passed their PDOT NECEPT aggregate certification.

A degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Sciences.

What do you need to bring to the table?

Filling out, documenting and submitting all reports that correlates with the above duties and responsibilities

MoDOT certifications for Aggregate Tech, Soil Density and/or Field Density, Absorption, International Roughness Index, Concrete Field, and Concrete Strength

IDOT certification in level 1 Concrete

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
