Area Senior Vice President Jobs in Tennessee

Previous multi-family property management experience, generally 3-5 years required

Act as communication liasion between upper management and on-site personnel.

Prefer four (4) year degree. Degree in business, hospitality or property management is preferred.

Collect and review monthly marketing surveys from managers.

Review and assist manager’s in evaluating marketing plans.

Provide support to managers in vendor negotiations.

· Strong business acumen with extensive experience in strategic planning and support.
