Area Director Of Group Sales Jobs in Illinois

Must have thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening probing supporting closing

Attend and/or conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and any other functions required by management providing training on a rotational basis.

Act as directed on behalf of the General Manager in his/her absence; performing any other duties as requested by management.

Prior Director of Sales or National Sales experience selling major downtown markets is required.

Shows strong analytical skills and strategic vision in establishing appropriate sales deployment

Must be proficient in general computer knowledge especially Microsoft Office products

At least 5 years of Automotive or Retail Sales management experience

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy including strong organization and time management skills.

Provides management support to all sales locations through respective District Managers to maximize vehicle sales and location profitability.

Monitors district/store daily activity and assists with the dealership’s inventory management as needed.

Works with District Managers to direct the hiring, training, and performance management for all store management and retail staff.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with all employee levels including executive management.
