Support new product development and testing in a manner compliant with the ISO13485 quality management system.

Keep organized with attention to detail, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple work streams.

Experience with aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture is a plus.

Experience with two antibody applications used for antibody characterization (e.g. ELISA, flow cytometry etc.)

Manage several projects simultaneously and act as point of accountability for in vitro display efforts on projects.

Initiate and manage external academic collaborations in the antibody discovery and engineering space.

Effectively manage projects and resources to maximize progress.

Hands-on experience with antibody phage/yeast display, HT screening, flow cytometry and kinetic analysis is required.

Experience with library construction, NGS/deep mining, multi-specific modalities, alternative antibody scaffolds and engineering is highly preferred.

Highly analytical mind, attention to detail, and organizational skills are critical.

Lead technology transfer of core discovery capabilities into Invivyd Labs

Bring innovative expert scientific knowledge and credibility to discovery and preclinical research.

Manage a scientific team of 5-8 researchers.

Ph.D. with at least 5-8 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, preferably in antibody drug discovery and development.

Ability to design, manage and interpret outsourced non-clinical studies with collaborators, CROs including timelines and budgets.

Excellent verbal and written technical and non-technical communication skills.

Leverage and expand automated capabilities to perform suitable components of daily workflows.

BS or MS in Biology or other closely related field with typically 0-3+ years of industry or academic experience

Knowledge of basic immunology concepts

You are skilled in standard molecular biology techniques e.g. PCR, primer design, Gibson cloning etc.

You are skilled in bio-display techniques for antibody discovery and engineering (e.g. phage, yeast or mammalian display)

You have experience or understanding of the generation and analysis of NGS and other high-content biological datasets

2-3 years of direct experience working on projects related to immunology (preferably immunotherapy) is required.

Experience in phage display library construction, antibody engineering, humanization or affinity maturation of antibodies are preferred.

Strong technical skills in advanced molecular cloning and fragment assembly techniques are required

Experience in working with multiple cell lines (both suspension and adherent) and setting up cell-based assays.

Analyze and interpret data generated from traditional developability/PK studies and novel highthroughput proxy approaches to guide antibody design and optimization.

Interact with external collaborators and/or contract research organizations to explore and/or execute commercial complementation toward program goals.
