Responsible for the day-to-day relationship and proactive management of existing and potential licensees

Input deal memo’s into internal contract management and CRM systems

Manage Marketing submissions from licensees.

·2+ Years of working in Category Management, Market Research, Insights, Marketing or Sales, CPG experience a plus

·Bachelor’s Degree is Required (Business, Food Management, or Psychology Preferred)

·Leverages category knowledge and merchandising strategies to help build customer specific POG recommendations.

·Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written & verbal)

Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to influence

Experience working directly with Field Sales and Broker contacts in CPG sales

Pay/Salary Range: $50.00 -$70.00/hr (compensation commensurates with experience)

10+ years in CPG and/or Sales experience, Category Management experience

Proven people management experience leading a team and coaching and developing others.

Able to work independently, with varying levels of management and cross-functionally

B.A. Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

Lead the Sales’ education initiatives to support internally & externally

Previous CPG experience, preferably in the Vitamin, Minerals & Supplements category

Plan and implement supply chain/Business optimization projects/software such as ArrowStream Supply Chain Technology, FoodLogiQ software, pricing contract management.

1-3years college degree or equivalent in in supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields

Implement methods to gather and manage category data
