They greet passengers, check in passengers and their baggage, answer questions, provide assistance with boarding and disembarking, and provide information about airport services and facilities. They also help passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or those traveling with young children. In addition, they may provide assistance with ticketing, baggage handling, and other services. Job Skills Required Airport customer service agents must have excellent customer service skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. They must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. They must also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Job Qualifications Airport customer service agents typically need a high school diploma or equivalent.
