Looking for Airport Customer Service Agents at the Boston Logan International Airport

Who are we looking for

• Greet passengers upon flight arrival/departure and direct to appropriate transportation - buses, taxis, car rentals etc.
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Good customer service skills
• Able to resolve guest concerns or escalate to appropriate area
• A well-groomed, friendly, and professional etiquette in accordance with brand standards
• Good customer service skills a must
• Offer lost luggage assistance in conjunction with airlines
• Able to work weekdays and weekends (a must), we offer flexible schedule
• A team player working together to create great first and last impressions
• Candidate must enjoy working in a diverse environment with attention to detail
• Meet and greet guests, assist with airport process, luggage tags, documents, etc.
• Able to communicate, read, write and understand the English language
