Recommend enhancements to current procedures and develop new methods to streamline the overall ordering process.
Oversee any issues relating to vehicle ordering for fleet partners and ensure quick resolutions.
Support updating fleet vehicles with all customer information (i.e. Corporate Account Number), ship-to locations, assignments, on hold, off hold request, etc.
Create and distribute order/production/delivery reports to external stakeholders (i.e. customers, business partners, and dealers) and internal stakeholders.
Review and process fleet MSS inquiries and appeals. Ensure that all required documentation is secured, prior to submitting for payment.
Create Make Ready requests, Special Moves requests, and other ad hoc requests as needed
