Management of special projects as required upon by business needs

Manages 3 AP team members (full time, temp support)

5-7 years of experience of relevant experience, preferably in a similar industry/environment

Knowledge of SAP, Concur, Coupa

Perform month-end close with AP sub-ledger closed by D+1, all expenses incurred in each period duly accounted for (actualized or accrued)

Process vendor invoices and payments

Working experience and technical knowledge of various Oracle and/or SAP Accounts Payable related system and required interfaces.

8+ years Accounts Payable, with emphasis on international payment processing experience

Proficient Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheet skills

Strong work ethic and interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally

Strong planning and organizational skills required to handle a sophisticated process involving multiple internal and external customers

Accounts Payable Manager - Payments

Develops and maintains department KPi’s to accurately assess performance and used data to inform management decisions / areas of focus.

Partners with Treasury and Sourcing to support cashflow management.

Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to Executive Management.

Must have working knowledge and experience with an Accounts Payable department.

Manages AP disbursements, 1099 and tax related matters for multiple US entities, utilizing staff to ensure all deadlines are met.

Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.

· Strong analytical and time management skills

· Compiles and analyzes financial information for management, including the creation of custom spend reporting packages

· 5+ years of accounts payable experience in a managerial role.

· Manages and supervises the accounts payable department staff, consisting of employees in the U.S and Canada

· Extensive accounts payable experience in a global organization

· A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred

6+ years of Accounting Operations, Accounts Payable (including 1099s) and management experience.

Strong written, managerial, oral and interpersonal communication skills required to identify and communicate potential problems and propose solutions.

Manage various queues awaiting invoice processing within the Markview invoice processing system.

Bachelors Degree preferred (preferably in Accounting or Finance)

Supervise the timely & complete workload of a staff of one in the Accounts Payable function.

Review & post various monthly closing entries and account analyses.
