The Accounting Manager Remote will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, and provide financial analysis and advice to the executive team.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Prepare and review tax returns, and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, bankers, and other financial institutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
